She often wears wide smile and red nail polish. She runs a marathon and travels the world. She lives art. She is an art historian, she was my teacher and the latest book she wrote is “Mona Lisa & Superman”. Her name is Simona.
WHY DO YOU LIKE HUGS?
Because of spring. But because of summer, too. Also, because of one Snoopy-blanket, rainy days & great running paths, all the beaches, all the travels, (my) fear of flying, art, Rocky Balboa, (all the ways of) communication with aliens, a custom made sandwich, Danube, the happiness project (the turquoise one), a sip of wine, books, “Southern Vegetation”, one particular drawing from Oakland Museum of CA, faith, dots on the map (and more to come), some code words, Studenica monastery, Super G and GG, plans, songs, museums, Universe & Stars, bells, one + five trees, pumpkins & mango, volcanoes, and space shuttles. And Frank Sinatra of course!
WITH WHO DO YOU HUG THE MOST?
My cats! Meow!
IS THERE A ONE PARTICULAR HUG THAT YOU WOULD POINT OUT AS YOUR FAVOURITE?
There was one hug (followed by a meaningful words)—my husband’s— few years ago at Giants vs. Dodgers game (we won!). I really love that hug!
IS THERE SOMEONE YOU OWE A HUG?
IF YOU COULD PICK ANYONE, WHO WOULD YOU HUG?
Ohh my beloved cat Simi (who is now ruling the Universe). She fell into an eternal sleep in my hug… That was the saddest hug of my life.
AND LASTLY, GIVE US ONE DAMN GOOD REASON WHY WE SHOULD ALL HUG MORE?
Because more is always more!
